RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date, please follow the steps below

​

1). Request and submit a return form by emailing orders@shopdrew.com

2). Merchandise must be in its original form and packaging including any tags and marketing material. Returns that do not follow this protocol are subject to denial of return. STUDIO DREW LLC has the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return policy

3). Attach the pre-paid UPS return slip that has been included in your original packaging and drop off at any UPS location

Once we receive your return please allow 5-10 days to process. All accepted returns will be issued a full refund along with a confirmation email, if your return has been denied the package will be sent back to the original delivery address

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 1st and December 15th can be returned until January 15th. Purchases made after December 15th will follow our original return policy of 15 days
